Leadership Training
Onsite and digital training. The speed of the leader determines the rate of the pack.
There is a big difference between being a leader and being a manager. Managing is making sure your staff knows what to do and training them to do it. Leadership, is motivating them, to do what you need them to do and then inspecting that they are doing it. While working as a hands on dentist, managing, especially micromanaging, can be quite stressful whereas leadership can be fulfilling. We can help you move from being a manager to being a leader. Nothing is more important than being able to train, keep and motivate your staff to function at the highest level. Leadership brings lower stress, staff longevity and increased production through, a well trained, highly functioning staff. We have developed a full line of philosophical and practical training protocols to help you learn to be a great team leader as well as the systems and rewards to keep it all in place.
